With the discipline and accountability of an executive, paired with the compassion and imagination of an entrepreneur, Kinzler has helped local, national and international companies create viable infrastructures, build their portfolios and open up new streams of revenue. Kinzler first made a name for herself as a top San Francisco Advertising Account Executive, managing and growing over 200 of the city's restaurant and entertainment accounts for the largest publishing company in the country.
Kinzler eventually transitioned to the business trade of Commercial Banking and worked with firms such as Wells Fargo, US Bank, Citizens Bank and BankOne, helping Community Bank Presidents expand their commercial lending divisions. Eventually Kinzler served as Interim VP of a private Philadelphia banking firm before moving on to spearhead Southern Arizona Merchant Services for First Data Inc, parent corporation of VISA and Telecheck. Kinzler moved from behind the desk in corporate finance to front of the room presentations with her compelling work in Emergency Property Restoration. As a Director of Business Development & Education for the Restoration and Remediation Construction industry, Kinzler spoke internationally to Residential and Commercial Restoration Company Owners, explaining how to capture significant market share and increase revenue even in fluctuating markets. In this special hybrid industry of Commercial Building and Commercial ReConstruction that rebuilds organizations and institutions after fire, flood or crime scene events, Kinzler gained valuable experience in relationship-building, networking and meeting clients needs while growing additional streams of revenue. Kinzler's sincere approach to client care propelled her to the top of her industry, and she is respected by many in the trades. Kinzler worked well under pressure and learned how to face-off like a pro in the face of heavy National and International Construction competition. Kinzler teamed with strategic partners such as The American Red Cross, Banner Healthcare, Police, Fire and Sheriff's Dept as well as US Border Patrol and Homeland Security. Kinzler was often the first one called when professionals were in crisis following emergencies such as fire, flood, crime scene and roof collapse. Her response and coordination efforts saved clients tens of thousands of dollars. Kinzler was awarded several times in 2010 and 2011 for her work with commercial property owners by Building Owners and Managers Association and the National Association of Women in Construction. Additionally, Kinzler served as Co-Chairman of the Southern Arizona Remodelers Guild (part of SAHBA), a professional association with more than 120 construction-related business owners. In later years, Kinzler helped facilitate commercial real estate transactions in Southern Arizona while building and selling a number of small estate care taking companies around the country. |
